Olive Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil (unfiltered)

Made from 100% Souri varietal obtained from multiple groves. This is a late harvest EVOO, made mainly from black, ripened olives. It is characterized by hints of fresh greens and an almond aftertaste, accompanied by a medium peppery finish.

Perfect choice for those who like buttery and smooth olive oils. Excellent for bread dipping, salad dressings and drizzling as a finish condiment.
