Our olives are carefully hand-picked to minimize injury to the fruit – a key factor in determining the quality of the olive oil obtained. They are immediately transferred for pressing, capturing the natural flavor and preserving its quality. Our pressing process is simple and natural, where a traditional stone press in combination with a high-tech decanter is used. Our olive oil is the first pressing of a cold-process and contains no additives. It possesses very high standards of color, flavor and free fatty acid content, as defined by the International Olive Oil Council and the USDA.
