Za'atar Roasted Chicken

Za’atar Roasted Chicken
Serve Hot with your favorite sides and enjoy the Delicious Flavors of Lebanese Olive Oil.
1 Whole Chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1/2 cup Maalouf Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
Juice of 2 Lemons
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp Mymoune Zaatar
Wajd Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat Oven to 425°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Olive Oil, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Oregano, Thyme, Salt, and Pepper.
3. Add the Chicken Pieces to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated with the Marinade.
4. Transfer the Chicken to a Roasting Pan and arrange in a single layer.
5. Roast in the Oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the Chicken is Golden Brown and Cooked through.
